For Graduating Students

Graduating students have access to the ECSHC until May 20, 2016. Technically, your access would end on graduation, but the ECSHC leadership team has allowed a one-week grace period. So please, take advantage of it!

Starting May 23, 2016, you will have to pay an extra fee in order to use the ECSHC. You will have two options.

  1. You can visit the ECSHC medical and counseling providers between May 21, 2016 – August 14, 2016 by using the fee-for-service option. The fee will be $45 per visit, per provider. This fee does not include the costs associated with blood work, vaccines, or procedures. Please visit the ECSHC fees page for more information. This fee must be paid via credit/debit card at the time of your appointment. In order to opt into this option, you can notify the front desk while making your appointment.
  2. You can visit the ECSHC medical and counseling providers between May 21, 2016 – August 14, 2016 by using the flat fee option. The flat fee prices are below. This fee is based on summer registration dates (12 weeks of summer) and will act like your health center fee in that you have in the fall and spring semesters.
    • Students can pay $228 for the full summer access (May 16 – August 14)
    • Students can pay $133 for half the summer access (May 16 – July 01 OR July 04 – August 14)

This fee does not include costs associated with blood work, vaccines, or procedures. Please visit the ECSHC fees page for more information. This fee will be posted on your financial account and you would have to pay the university for this fee. In order to opt into this option, you will need to sign a consent form for this option prior to your appointment. This consent form will be available at the ECSHC.

If you are registered for summer classes, the above two options are not applicable as you have an automatic health center fee added to your account when you register for summer classes. You will have access to the ECSHC during the time of your summer class.
